my wedding day was saturday, november 2, 2013. it was a beautiful fall day! over the last year, i maintained a weight of about 140; however, in the weeks leading up to my wedding i followed the transition protocol and worked out at least twice (sometimes 3x) a week. on my wedding day, i was about 134.
i have since gained about 8 pounds back — that's what a two week honeymoon and the holidays will do! but i know i will bounce back when i'm back at the gym/mindful of what i eat.
